What form of payment is accepted?
Currently we accept bank transfer and credit card. Bank transfer details as below:

Kindly indicate your Order ID as payment description. You will receive shipping confirmation once we confirm the payment has received.

I haven't received my shipping confirmation email, what should I do?
If you haven't received shipping confirmation after 12 hours payment made, please contact hello@anyvacation.co.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received any tracking after 7 days, please check your spam/ junk mailbox or reach out to us at hello@anyvacation.co.

How do I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellation once the order has been confirmed.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will take 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled and shipped.
Do you accept pickup or special delivery requests?
We currently do not accept pickup or delivery requests.

Can I change my delivery address?
Please email us at hello@anyvacation.co as soon as possible with your order ID. We will be able to assist within 6 hours from order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?
Please write to hello@anyvacation.co for international shipping enquiries.

How much is the shipping cost?
West Malaysia - RM 10
East Malaysia - RM 20

Refund
All sales are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that exchange/refunds are only available for items that have printing defects. If you have received a defective item, please contact hello@anyvacation.co.
